PsiCoverage.updated(bootstrap_psi, raw_psi, **update_attrs)

Create updated PsiCoverage with new values of psi

Parameters:

• bootstrap_psi, raw_psi (Optional[xr.DataArray]) – If specified, new values of bootstrap_psi, raw_psi to use in new PsiCoverage (with all other variables equal)

• update_attrs – Additional kwargs are set as attributes to the dataset used to construct the resulting PsiCoverage

Returns:

rna_majiq.PsiCoverage – Updated PsiCoverage with new values of psi
