SpliceGraph.to_zarr(store, mode='w-')

Save SpliceGraph to specified path/store

Parameters:

• store (Union[MutableMapping, str, Path]) – store or Path for zarr store with SpliceGraph components

• mode ("w" or "w-") – w means create, and overwrite if does not exist w- means creat, fail if exists
